What is Happiness (One Line) ?
Find your light. Do something exciting everyday, walk away from negative things and people, exercise everyday, be positive, make new friends, wake up early, sleep on time, watch movies and show, watch YouTube videos, make a journal, don't weep in front of anyone, stop drink & smoke and live your life. Is that HAPPINESS? what if you are not that sort of person? what if you are not able to be that person? what if you have some bad memories deep down inside of your mind that keep coming and going? what if you feel unhappy? what if the motivational videos drives you for an hour and rest of the day you are back to who you are? what if.....? what if....?
